Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must include all original tags and labels
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used pet food (both Dry Food and Wet Food categories)
- Used grooming tools from our Grooming category
- Opened treats from our Treats category
Note: Damaged or defective items are exempt from these restrictions – please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we process your return. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
- You won’t be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
