Order Processing Time
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products (including Dry Food, Wet Food, and Treats) or used grooming products.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to: Blue Boo Pet Care Shop, 243 Black Oak Hollow Road, San Jose, US 95113
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
